The focus of SpaLofts was to provide an atmosphere that encouraged rest and relaxation.

The 5,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness facility was to feature state-of-the-art equipment, yoga studio, and personal trainers. Would offer full body treatments as well as a steam room, Jacuzzi and a relaxation lounge. Additional amenities included two pools, private cabanas, and 15,000 square feet of lush landscaping. SpaLofts was to offer guard-gated security and underground parking.
