BIANCA offers an innovative Italian menu featuring local, organic ingredients and participates in the Slow Food Movement; an international not-for-profit network committed to improving the way food is produced and distributed. Under the direction of The Light Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie, BIANCA’s simple, yet savory cuisine includes signature dishes, such as char-grilled octopus with aged balsamic and handmade pasta with season truffles and cream. Entrees include a salt-roasted Branzino, Snapper and an All Natural Sirloin Bistecca. Guests also have the opportunity to pair their meal with BIANCA’s carefully selected wines and specialty cocktails.
